According to Perez Hilton the Backstreet Boy's are very close to getting dropped by their record label. I think this is due to the Boy's under performing album Unbreakable, which flopped in the UK and hasn't done that well in the US. However it has done very well in Japan, so many fans will be disappointed if the band are dropped.
