Christina Aguilera - Save Me From Myself (Music Video)

Christina made this video for her song Save Me From Myself as a thank you for all the support from her fans. It's from her latest album, Back to Basics. Congratulations Christina & Jordan on your son Max!

So I don't think it's a single.

The Fall Of American Idol?

Recently, as you may have heard three American Idol stars have been dropped by their record labels. These three were Ruben Studdard, Taylor Hicks and Katharine McPhee. It's no surprise really when you think that all 3 have had relatively poor success. I think the biggest loss is Kat, she had real star quality if you ask me, I think the other two had a novelty factor, but thats just my opinion.

However, with Carrie Underwood, Kelly Clarkson, Daughtry and even Clay Aiken still going fairly strong I think the Idol franchise is still strong. Even last years winner Jordin Sparks and runner-up Blake Lewis have had underwhelming sales, but that is probably because the music industry is having a tough time anyway.

But what do you think? Has Idol had it's day? Is it time for something new?

Backstreet Boy's Going To Get Dropped?

According to Perez Hilton the Backstreet Boy's are very close to getting dropped by their record label. I think this is due to the Boy's under performing album Unbreakable, which flopped in the UK and hasn't done that well in the US. However it has done very well in Japan, so many fans will be disappointed if the band are dropped. Here's the band performing their latest single 'Helpless When She Smiles' on Ellen way back in November:

Do you want the band to carry on?

Jennifer Lopez - Brave (New Single)

The rumour going around at the moment is that 'Brave' will be released as the next single, but only in European Countries. The video has apparently been shot, which would make sense as she is quite heavily pregnant now, it was directed by the person that did 'Que Hiciste'.

The video is going to have to be really good because I doubt Jennifer will be doing much promotion for it.

Kelly Rowland Feat Travis McCoy - Daylight (Music Video)

It's quite good, a bit boring though and I don't like the movie clips put into it, they don't really fit the song. Although it is a French movie so I doubt the clips will be in the non-French countries video's.

Back From The Spice Girls

The concert was awesome. It was the best show that I have ever seen. As soon as you got intot he arena there was a sense of excitement. It sounds cheesy, but it's true. Then inside the arena everybody seemed to go a bit mad. Alan Carr was sat near the front of the walkway and as he walked through everyone's camera was flashing. Lemar was also ther and everyone started to stand up to get a better look, thinking it was someone really famous I did too, then everyone seemed to realise it was Lemar and sat back down.

Onto the show. It was brilliant, I loved almost all of it. The only bit I didn't really like was the Celebration Medley, I thought it was a bit strange. My favourite performances were definately 'Holler' and 'Viva Forever', but all the songs were amazing. I think Emma's was the best solo, but Geri's was also very good and in a strange sort of way I really liked Victoria's catwalk. It was during the walk that the crowd seemed to cheer the loudest and some oldish man behind me decided to boo. I don't know if he was drunk but he wasn't doing it loud enough for many people to hear, although I wasn't the only one that turned around to look at him, shocked.

Get tickets now! You will enjoy it!

Seeing as most people are talking about Britney, I won't tell you all the details of whats happening because I'm sure you know as much, if not more than me but I do want to say;

Hopefully she will make a full recovery from this and be able to make a real comeback, personally and musically.

Also, I'm going to see the Spice Girls tommorow (YAY) so the blog won't be updated until Monday when I'll have a review :)

Goldfrapp - Seventh Tree (Album Cover)

Rumoured to be the official cover. I like it, although it is quite simple, it is nice.

Kylie Single Update!

So, last night I posted about Kylie's second single being 'In My Arm's'. This is true for most of Europe, Canada and eventually the US. BUT the second single for the UK and Australia will be 'Wow'.

Sorry for making a mistake last night :) Thanks to gggg in the chatbox for telling me.

Here's Kylie performing 'Wow' on the UK's X-Factor Final:

Girls Aloud Not Spliting In 2008??

In a recent interview Kimberley's father John (seriously) has said that Girls Aloud will not be splitting in 2008, this is in an interview with Bradford's (Kim's Hometown) local paper Telegraph And Argus he says reports of a split in the Summer are utter nonsense.

Also, Girls Aloud also premiered their new single 'Can't Speak French' on the Christmas Special Of The Friday Night Project:
